Prevent Users Registering without Approval and Making all content private

Hi Guys

Just signed up for vBulletin cloud. We want to make our site completely private:

No-one can register without approval
No-one can see any content unless signed in.

Anyone know how I would do this? I went through all the settings, but didn't find anything to do this

AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager >

Edit the Unregistered / Not Logged in, Users awaiting Email Confirmation, Users Awaiting Moderation usergroups, set the majority of their permissions to no. Most importantly, set Can view channels/forums to No.

Next, AdminCP > Settings > Options > User Registration Options

Turn on user moderation here.
