We have given them full permissions to edit. When they try and edit a Avatar it lets them do it but simply strips any avatar instead and does not let them replace it. Admins are able to change them though. Any thoughts on making SuperMods able to do it?

Had hundreds of avatars in 3.8, where is the editor for them in vbCloud? Need to remove existing ones since they are just broken images, and upload more I guess.
