This is not a major problem for me, just a bug report to be addressed at some point. Whenever someone upload an attachment using the paperclip icon, the stated size of the attachment is 10X as large as the file is in actuality.
Example: In this thread, a file is uploaded and identified as 7162 Kb. If I download it to my hard drive, it only shows up as 717 Kb. If I go into the attachment manager, the file shows up as 716.2 Kb.
