Invalid Birth date Error

When I have require a valid birthday enabled no one is able to change their user settings including creating new passwords. It says invalid birthday but since they already inputted a birth date they can not change it even though it is valid. I have been getting around this by going into admin CP and turning off requirement for valid birth date but I want to leave it enabled. So how do I get it so I can leave requiring a valid birth date enabled and people still be able to change their user settings?

Things I have tried:
Clearing Cache.
Fix broken user profiles.

This is a bug at the moment....the workaround is to make birthdays non-mandatory.

AdminCP > Settings > Options > User Profile Options > Require Date of Birth
Set to "No".
