I'm not sure about the details and don't mean to pry. You may need to wait for the specialist.

But in the mean time, I just wanted to inform you that to set your website to your domain, what is required is pointing your "nameservers" in godaddy.

Log into your godaddy and find the place where it asks for nameservers. First you will need to find out what your nameservers are. Usually with any other host you receive them in an email upon account activation.

    They may look like this:

    ns1.example.com
    ns2.example.com

There are 2 of them usually. Find out what they are and put them on your godaddy account. Then your website will be up. Though you may have to add the domain on vbcloud too. Never used vbcloud.

    Hope that helped you.

Before you do it go to a whois service e.g. http://www.whois.com and check that the domain details are definitely registered the way you want them, e.g. in your name or the name of your business rather than in somebody else's name.

You'll first need to set a CNAME record:
Updating your CNAME record allows you to point your custom domain (e.g. myvbulletincloud.com) to the sub-domain assigned to your account. In order to do this you’ll need to visit your domain name registrar and update the records on their site. If you are also using the domain for a regular site, you’ll need to redirect a

Once that's done please send us a support ticket and we will make the change for you.

Thanks for your help, I followed the steps on my domain name registrar's panel and I am at the point where they ask me to enter Hostname and host IP address, I looked in my Vcloud administrator control panel and couldn't find the IP address.

I updated CNAME record, been more than 24 hours and didn't propagate.

You haven't updated the domain yet, at least not the one on the account linked to the forums.

I'd suggest logging a ticket and we can help get you sorted out.
