I posted this issue in an earlier post "Forum Down" but still need help. When trying to login to my forum the url http://purplemartinfiles.vbulletin.net/ is taking us to a blank page. The only way we can get the forum homepage is to add forum at the end of our URL as I am showing here. http://purplemartinfiles.vbulletin.net/forum Unfortunately once we leave the homepage and click on "Home" or the Forum Logo to go back to the Homepage it redirects to the blank page with the URL http://purplemartinfiles.vbulletin.net/?_=1413313082900.

A completely blank page? Please check your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host) and see if anything is in there at the time you get the blank page. Also, here is a page from the manual about troubleshooting blank or 'white' pages: https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages
Ack! Sorry, that won't work for a Cloud site. What did you change on that page just before it started showing as blank? Did you edit a module? Or add a module?

This shouldn't be happening on a Cloud site and no you won't have to just live with it.
I'll see if I can find out what's going on.MARK.B

Ok you're back in business.
What you had was a page with no modules...at a guess, when you tried to save the page, it timed out and corrupted the modules already there.
I've added them back, if this happens again just bump this thread and let us know. It's actually simple to fix.MARK.B
