Groups not visible to guests

I promise I try to find an answer on my own before asking questions here, but...

On my site, the Groups are only visible to someone who is registered and logged in. I have checked Channel Permissions and it shows that No Logged In should be able to View Topics.

I would like for anyone visiting the site to be able to see the groups.

I believe groups have their own permissions as well. I'll take a look into this and see what I can find out.
