    Serious bug

    There is a post on our forum and it is showing the incorrect member's name. The post was made by matt caswell, but it appears with Papa Smurf's user name instead. Not good.

    If I try to edit the post, the ORIGINAL text from Papa Smurf appears. VERY weird. Something is corrupt here.

    I was able to "fix" it by deleting the post, then restoring it. Not sure what that did.

      I've not seen that happen before to be honest. It's possible it's actually related to caching, but I can't be sure on that.

      If this occurs again, please could you leave the post in situ and drop us a support ticket with the details (include a link to this thread)?
      We'll need to have a look at what's gone on.

          It's almost certainly cache related, but we'd need to see it happening.
