    My forum is DOWN!

    Hi vBulletin Cloud Support,
Please check www.OnlineBuzz.com website, it is down again.

    Error is ... Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache Server at www.onlinebuzz.com Port 80
I paid Cloud services so I can concentrate on my real business, not to worry about my online forum.
This is the second time around, disappointing service.

    Sad customer.

Same error here, I started getting user reports that our forum was down at 8:54pm CST/9:54pm EST. No error with my domain provider.

      What is going on?

This is vBulletin hosting issue, not our domain provider. My server down time recorded at 8:38pm EST.

I'm still waiting for vBulletin customer support feedback. Still waiting ...

There was a major power outage for the servers that host the cloud instances, we should have everything up and running now.

              Apologies for the downtime.

No redundant power supply available for cloud servers?
