    Hello,

    I am new here...
    When a create a New Topic it is immediately deleted by Unknown

    See the picture for explanations.
    I am the only member and also the administrator of course.

      It hasn't happen to my community, but I would like to know the root caused and answer to this issue.

          You need to upgrade to 5.1.1 to fix this issue.

              We are using vCloud service, do we need to do it or the service plan will do it for us?
              I thought this is automatic service for vCloud service plan?

                  Hello,

                  Yes it is automatic- this issue is fixed in 5,1.1. Honestly I was unaware it was affecting any vBCloud users- I know it was affecting some download users- in any case it will be resolved with your 5.1.1. upgrade.
