Post with a FORM

Hi,
I'm trying to post with a FORM but not liking it.

Example, I'm trying to add this to my post in my ow forum.

Let me know how I can do it.

actually i know of a vb3 site that has forms worked in somehow, i been wondering how, but def some custom work in any case

As a minimum it would need html enabling and this thread relates to a Cloud site where that isn't possible.
