Serious Error - Page cannot be rendered or 500 Internal Server Error After changing the Admin Password

If you tried changing your Administrator password (which is a good idea) you likely were hit with this known bug. Luckily the solution is fairly simple-

There is a setting that must be disabled to fix the error.

You should still be able to log into the Admin CP directly to- http://yourdomain/admincp/ (replace yourdomain with your actual vBCloud domain)

Once you do go to Usergroups on the side menu, choose Usergroup Manager, and then "Edit" the Administrator usergroup.

Near the top is the option for the Password Expiry (in days) - change this to 0 (zero) and save changes.

This should clear the error and you can use the site as normal.




Change the above value to 0.
