Windows Phone 8 not being able to access a VBCloud page

One of our users has not been able to access our VBCloud hosted page at all, it simply fails to load any content as if there was nothing there:

I've had a chance to get my hands on his device and tried every combination of alternative browsers (UC Browser in addition to Internet Explorer), modifying settings (toggling smart screen, access mobile/PC version), accessing over cellular and wifi...still does not load anything. He can load VB4 sites, though.

He is using a Windows Phone 8 Nokia Lumia 920 with software versions as follows:

    Please advise.

How old is the site? The DNS that their phone is accessing might not be updated yet.

We've only been up and running less than a week.

        What is the URL?

        Does http://rabidbadger.vbulletin.net work?

There is nothing special to detect if it is Windows 8 Phone or not. The system does work on iOS devices but I don't have a Windows 8 device to check with.

We've hit it with just about every mobile device we could find an couldn't recreate the error.

I was just told that this site works.

I tested your site on my windows mobile phone with out an issue last night, after I made the changes noted in the ticket.

Windows Mobile, or Windows Phone? The distinction is important because they are two different kernel's and OS's.

Windows Phone 7, and Windows Phone 8. No issues. I'm very much aware of the differences. Though, it is important to note that you need to follow my instructions in the ticket.

We followed them. It didn't work at first, but it appears to be working now. Not sure if the DNS finally updated like Luke suggested or not or if something else changed between now and then. We're working on figuring out what's different now.

Thank you both for the help on this.
