When i try to log in as an administrator to my forum i recevie following error, I use the cloud version There is a serious error and the page cannot be rendered

You can try going to yourdomain/admincp and logging in with your user id. If you can, then go to Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager and edit the Administrators usergroup. Remove the Time limit for expiring passwords. Change the 180 to 0 and save the page. You should be able to login to the front-end now.
If you cannot log in to the AdminCP directly open a ticket by going to http://www.vbulletin.com/go/techsupport or email [email protected]. Include your Cloud domain in the email so we can look up the site and make the change.Translations provided by Google.
