Never mind... I looked at one of their other 'services' and happened to read the agreement completely.
Please note that any information or material sent to hostultra.com or any of its related sites, services, or e-mail addresses will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending hostultra.com any information or material, you grant hostultra.com an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that hostultra.com is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any purpose.
Plus, they say the same thing over and over. Not a secure website I guess, because I don't want my credit card number floating around the net. Plus, they want full access to your account at ALL time's, or it is allowed to be deleted. Staying with trust ol' ViperHost.

I don't think they are saying they are unsecure, what they are saying is that anything you upload to them, send through them, they would have the right to re-use and profit from e.g. You upload your new super dooper custom built eCommerce system - then they are saying they now have the right to profit from it, same for any ideas you may email to a friend through them - Kind of like MSN messenger, I believe they have a similar clause.

They offer good prices, however I cannot stress how important it is to read their TOS. They are very strict with their rules and are known to cancel accounts for those who break them. They dont allow domain transfers and they dont allow you to host anyone other than yourself.

They also lack people skills, admin wise.

Agreed. I dealt with them.. oh, about three years ago. They had quite a negative reputation for themselves on the web hosting forums. They may have changed, but I wouldn't reccomend them for a vBulletin forum.

Check these people out, none of the above rubbish with them:

They have hosted my forum for nearly three years now without issue.
