Did anyone use hosting services from Knownhost?

Hello,

As title said, I am looking for reviews about Knownhost, are there someone here used Knownhost? are they good and reliable?

Their price is petty good with just 3.47/mo for 5 websites, I can use this for a few small sites but curious about their support and services because I have not used their services before.

We have a vps with Knownhost since Oct 2015 and have had no problems at all and their support is fast and great!

Heres an example of time line for a recent support ticket:

8:36 PM - submitted ticket to get ionCube Loader updated.
8;36 PM - first response from knownhost saying they are looking into it.
8:40 PM - second response stating upgrade to ionCube completed.

Thanks for sharing experience about this hosting provider, i guessed they are a good hosting provider but I wanted to know what good things that users had with them.
