Anyone having problems with Jumpline?

I have a friend that is hosting with Jumpline. Her site's been down for a week now and when I went to nose around, I found that her database was gone entirely.

To make matters worse, they won't answer any of her support requests and they no longer answer the telephone.

Just wondered if anyone else was having problems. Any suggestions? She's already signed up with another host, but just wants to get her database back!
