Out of date me hosting service

hi there, I have used hosting service from namecheap.com, but some days ago namecheap.com message me that to upgrade my account, but didn't do that, so they have terminated my account and my site is not running out now. At this time, may i able to register new hosting account from behosted.com with the same domain ? I am trying to shift namecheap to behosted, because i see that their rate is cheaper than the rate of namecheap as the suggestions of my friend's experience. So please tell me it would be good or bad for me?

Use hasn't been online since 29th December and does not have a license, so they are unlikely to reply.
