What percent of vbulletin installations are done on Linux and Windows respectively? Thanks.

Majority of our customers are running on Linux, some customers do use windows. vB works fine on both, though I find that most people choose windows because its what they have available, or think it means it'll be like their computer. Linux is a better environment unless you have someone who really knows windows servers and IIS management. Windows can be fine, but it probably wont in a shared hosting environment due to the way windows works vs Linux.

Yeah, most people use Linux because it's so much more simpler to manage and get things done.
