Recomendation for a new host

Hi,
I am looking for a new host.
My site is 20gb, db is 582Mb
I have 13,000 members, 650 active and 120 at the same time.

Bandwith 60Gb.

Looking for something with good support, good SLA, and chat attention.
Free upgrades for vbulletin, patches, and vbulletin support if needed.

Any suggestion will be really appreciate it.

Sounds like URLJet to the ground! If you're not which package, give them a call or email them. They offer managed vBulletin hosting and offer free upgrades, patches, etc.

If you do not mind the price, URLJet is the best option. They do provide complete vb support, including upgrades, plugins etc. None of the other hosts mentioned would be anywhere closer. 1&1, Bluehost etc wont give you any VB related support and Bluehost anyway do not have a dedicated server / VPS which you must be looking for.

IntoVPS were great for me, support times were blazing fast although they don't specialize in vBulletin and most of it is pretty much unmanaged.

Some of his addons like back ups are expensive so go with webbycart for the ideal total solution. He's the only host who didn't try and oversell me hosting, and has gained my confidence because of it.
