What server specs should be OK for this VB board?

Hi,
What kind of a server would a Vbulletin forum with the following traffic stats need?

-VB 4.1.8
~50k pageviews a day
~10k visitors a day
Average 200 users online at a time, not including crawlers
- No big add-ons like AJAX or anything, very primitive board
