Can anyone help me edit the config.php file?

    Hi,
First off, my name's Danai. I purchased a copy of vB in August but back then I had no idea how to edit the config.php file.
So I asked a "friend" I had found on another forum. Not a good idea. He stole the old copy, but I've managed to get the old copy disabled and get a new one.
So, I was wondering if anyone I can trust properly could give my a step-by-step guide to editing the config.php file, preferably through teamviewer if its possible.
It has been done, the guy that stole my last copy did get the forum up for 3 days before running away with it.
I am with Fatcow hosting under the domain name 'www.headlinegaming.com'.
I'd really like to get my forum up by tommorrow at 8:00 am GMT as all my moderators and writers I have lined up are only available on wednesdays, saturdays and sundays!
Please reply if you can be of any help at all!
    Thanks a lot,
    Danai

PS: Im very sorry if I posted in the wrong section but it seemed to be the closest one to my question!

I need someone trustworthy to go through it with me on teamviewer, who I can trust with the passwords etc because i obviously cant hide them :S

If you could help me get this up (this applies to anyone) I would be happy to make a reference to your site somewhere in my site (apart from the header) :L

Try this, it was created by Zachery who is a member of Staff here - http://www.geekydesigns.com/genconfig/

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Thanks for that, seems easier than the config file, do you know what the table prefix is? :/

If you are doing a fresh install, as long as you are not sharing the vbulletin installation with another mysql application, you can leave it blank.

Some people like to use vb_ which makes all of their tables vb_tablename just incase you ever get another application that you need to share the vb database with.

I entered the information it asked for into your generator by asking the fatcow live support for all the details so I couldn't go wrong (I hoped) and went to headlinegaming.com/upload/install/install.php and logged in and it came up with the following error message.

From this error it looks like the server name is not correct. ask your host about it, and all the other db info, if you are not sure about them and then enter the properly.
