Looking for these specs... anyone familiar?

Okay, here is what I'm looking for. I am hosting an adult web site and would like to use vBulletin as a feature on the site.

1. Allowance to run an adult site with the hosting company
2. Virtual Server as apposed to virtual hosting
3. I would like to spend no more than $100 - $150 p/month
4. Unimonitored bandwidth or or a high quota
5. Obviously PHP and mySQL enabled
6. Hosted with a reliable source.

If anyone is aware of a good hosting provider that can supply me with quality services for under (at most) $150 a month, please let me know.

Right now, I am looking at Verio. They do not have a problem with adult content, as long as it isn't kiddie porn - thay sh!t isn't for me anyways The VPS servers are $149.99 p/mo, unlimited bandwidth, all the PHP and mySQL stuff, and some more. If I can't find another company, I will more then likely go with Verio.

if you look at Verio VP fine print unlimited refers to only around 7 - 15GB/month you paying for the higher dedicated resource for the VP packages and not the space or bandwidth you think you might get...
