need to re-locate off of A Small Orange

My client is completely fed up with A Small Orange. Their up-time is horrible; site went down twice today. We're currently on a VPS.

We need a host that can provide near flawless up-time for a site of this size, and help with the transition, including upgrading from Version 3.6.8.

    thanks,
    david

Have you talked to them about it? Just moving (though people do say good things about nimbus) might not really fix your problem. I'd suggest working with the webhost first before just migrating.

I am personally on ASO, and aside from a rare hiccup now and again, I rarely ever have any major outages that are not my own causing.

Zachery, we've spoken repeatedly with ASO without receiving satisfaction. You can only imagine how frustrating it is for my client when he goes on the air only to find the site and forum off-line.
