      I see, I just don't see why his is showing different in cpanel then mine is, and I've checked it at different times, mine stays exactly the same.

        Then logic would dictate that one of the following apply:

        1) Your OS doesn't support the SpeedStep function.
        2) It's disabled (BIOS or Otherwise).
        3) The system is under some type of load.

          just for info: I have transferred all my data to new server and all accounts are now active..
          Those figures are now seems to be changed ...
          To me it does make sense (now)...
