Anybody heard of Royal Family Hosting?

Somebody told me about them when I was talking about hosting. She said she was considering trying it, but hasn't actually hosted anything there. I pinged http://www.royalfamilyhosting.com and the results were better than I what I get on godaddy, but I don't know anybody else who has even heard of them.

You guys know anything?

No never, and I wouldn't do business with unknown companies that aren't established in the webhosting community.

They might just be starting out as a reseller, too.

I recommend to not consider shared hosting, and go with at least VPS for small sites, and dedicated for serious sites.
This way you have more resources, shell access, and super user (root) access. And room to grow. And better ability to get proper backups (and space to store them on-site) and space to sandbox your site and develop it through.

For VPS hosting I recommend linode.com or vps.net
For Dedicated hosting I recommend theplanet.com or leaseweb.com

Going by a WHOIS lookup, it looks like a small reseller account. Not the sort of hosting I would recommend to anyone with vBulletin.

I can find 156 other websites hosted the same IP which belongs to royalfamilyhosting.com

I guess they are reseller and not a big company.

Yes, and your host is FAB!!! I bought my site from him, which included the hosting, and was WELL pleased with the service.

Well, I looked at it, it worked one time, I reloaded the page and now it's gone.. I hope no one purchased from here, because it's down, or gone.
