Disk Space	36.4GB
Monthly Bandwidth 	1200GB

but my web page goes very solo at night time 200 visitor online
what should i do now

just order share hosting with namecheap.com

but make sure there not much modification.

Perhaps you can contact your VPS provider to optimise your VPS.

200 online is not a big ask considering 768 MB RAM you have on your VPS.

You can contact them and optimize your databases.

Its all about how many people are hitting your server at one not about how many visit over the course of a day.

You are right, but there is some sort of relation between the two.

From the info, his site seems to get just 1/3 traffic of thread starter. Overselling hosts will not be able to remove slightly big sites at time, but that doesn't mean that you can host anything on a shared host

Sounds like you need to install memcached or APC. My vbulletin forums gets about 150 - 200 people online at a time at night and it performs just fine with less specs than that. Make sure you configure memcached or APC to get the most out of your VPS.
