They are pretty good and run a tight ship. In case you ever have any problems and feel it is not being resolved to your satisfaction, pm Paul (their CTO) on their forum and he will help you out (pretty helpful guy).

I tried calling them at 866-332-9894, and they do not answer. Just voice mail, and that's something I will not be buying. I have enough issues with tickets, not to mention that many hosts won't answer their phones

I can call my host anytime of the day and someone usually picks up.
If I get a voice mail, someone calls me back in 15 minutes.
Support tickets are answered within 15 minutes 24 hours a day.

I'm not going to wait for some kid to get home from school to help me with a support issue.

I was on their VS4 package - the trouble I have finding a host that provides better webserver software than Apache, which is way too slow. My alternatives were lighttd or Litespeed, I could have run lighttd as a secondary webserver over Apache, but I decided on moving to www.urljet.com whom offer LiteSpeed as standard. LiteSpeed is 8 times faster than Apache, if you combine that with the APC Cache and MemCache then vBulletin just runs at lightening speed. But I also use it for development video streaming. Moving to Urljet was the best move I made, I am on a customized VPS package with them, and never have issues with server loads, etc - support is always handled within minutes.

Your on shared hosting? I've upgraded to the VS2 package with KH, and added some extra RAM....only costed $1.55 for the RAM. I own my own box, your on shared hosting

I currently have their VPS-6 account for $100 month. Things went well for a year with them. Then their abuse guy David L. started hassling the crap out of me about spam on a WordPress site. When I say hassling, I mean demanding a response every day (I have a full time job doing something else), and then finally suspending the account. So now I am looking for a comparable web host.

                              I have HostPair.

Best hosting around. The main reason is because there is never any down time. Haven't experienced a single downtime in over 4 months and I'm on every day.

I got a great deal. It's shared but it's perfect starting out. I get 400 GB of bandwidth and 20 GB disk space for only $10 a month.

Haven't found a deal that good in a long time.
