Need New Host ASAP! Reccomendations Appreciated!

Strange. Never had any of those problems. My tickets have never taken longer than an hour unless it was a sales question and sales was closed for the day. They do support .co.uk as well, I have a friend who hosts with them and it does just fine.

They say the support .co.uk addresses, but they have no way to transfer these domains over to them, when I raised a ticket on the 07/12/09 about this, it took them until the 09/12/09 to reply, and then it was a the wrong answer to my enquiry ! I had enough of them by then as I expect much more from a hosting company, so I requested to cancel my account and get a refund of money paid under their 30 day no quibble guarantee, it being the 13/12/09 today I still got no reply at all from them, they supposed to be offering 24/7 support!

Honestly they are the worst hosting company I have ever dealt with, even 1&1 are better
