Hi, i`m looking for a trustfull EUROPE hosting company - i need to get a VPS !

Global Gold always gets excellent reviews as a very trustworthy company. It's at www.globalgold.co.uk.

It is a little expensive, but very highly rated.

Im with GlobalGold (vbulletinhosting.co.uk) aswell and i've got VPS hosting with them, they are without a doubt the best hosting company I have ever dealt with, If i've had any problems with either of my 2 forums they've dealt with it straight away whether its user error or a plugin thats causing problems, I also have 2 close friends that use GlobalGold for their VB forums and they are just as happy as I am with them..
I doubt you'll get much better really

www.teleroad.nl does VPS. Very good, datacenter located in the Netherlands, so fast connections. Only downside you need to e-mail them in English, their site is all dutch.

I dont favour a country, i only want very good connection with US and ASIA if possible !
I hear that the Netherlands are great regarding global connections...i have doubts about UK connections with US and Asia

I'm surprised, UK connections to Europe are pretty quick. We host a number of European and US forums that are fast for all their visitors.

Well, I can only judge from my experience - vBulletin-Germany.org is hosted at HostEurope and we didn't have many issues so far.
