    How to keep forums and threads when changing host?

    As the title says I want to move to another host (same domain) but I would prefer not to reinstall my vBulletin board and keep settings, forums and threads. Can I just backup all folders and then move them when the hosting switch has been made?

          Some hosts will do this all for you, as part of the migration.

              If you are moving between the SAME control panel (like CPanel to Cpanel), this should be easy as a piece of cake.
