Can someone give me some links for hosts that will let you sell paying memberships?

I can't see why any host would not let you do something like this. Is there some questionable content or what?

No, I mean, like paying members, like theneoplace.net

If you're talking about paid subscriptions there shouldn't be any real problem. Those guys at theneoplace do seem to have a lot of hacks on their forum, so if you plan to run that many things a shared host might be too small for you and you'll get kicked out.
