We went from a shared host to a VPS at InMotionHosting.com this last weekend. Just minutes ago, our site was pulled down for using too many resources. We have 512 dedicated ram, burstable up to 2 gigs.
The max # of users we usually have online is about 70, and then about 30+ are guests/bots...so "active users" normally displays 100+ online on a busy night....that's not much, IMO.
So, since Friday morning up until Monday afternoon (3 days...) we have had 2794 Unique Visits, 5509 visits, 121627 pages, 913730 hits, and 12.3 gigs of bandwidth.
Is this too much for a VPS?
Please make recommendations. Thank you.
