Customer: Our server was not responding and theplanet.com was not responding either
Ryan S: Yes we are, unfortunantly

Ryan S: We are working hard to correct this as soon as possible.
Ryan S: Until then i would like to share some of our weekly promotions with you, ok?
Customer: umm ok...
Ryan S: Are you interested in seeing the weekly promotions that we are having?

I always find that chat thing on their site quite annoying. I hate the things (though I see how they can be useful), so I always close it. After a few more page clicks it always comes back. Next time I might ask them how to disable it
