Servage Sucks a nice pun really

I could go on and on and on here

But what ill say is after content tickets about the loss of connection to the mysql server
and the replies with your url loads fine
It tends to get on your nerves

The forum we have is not huge and they are very disappointing

Yeah, I am with servage at the moment, I dont understand what they are talking about in support tickets, they oversell, and I get a database error every 15-20 mins.

Shocking really.

I'm thinking of moving to VPS.

That's very disappointing

Till date, I am happy with my current host (webhosting.uk.com) they are really reliable and i don't have any problem with their service and support.
They have good quality hardware configuration servers and don't overlaod them with thousands of accounts.

Excellent 24x7 live support with 99% uptime. Cheers !

servage does suck for VBulletin hosting. They seem ok at other things and are definitely cheap and functional.

Tech support is laughably bad at supporting a proper forum

We have moved away from them for the forums but left static web pages there until the prepaid hosting is used up.

I agree with that! Servage have been causing problems with my websites since the first day, everything is slow, alot of db errors, emails aren't sent out. I'll be moving by the end of my hosting year.

Servage - is quits an problem..

Numerous times i have problems with MySQL - Slow servers, disconnects, downtime..

And latest - (free from memory) and a automatic script!

"We have discovered that you have binary files (images) in you MySQL database - you must remove these files within 7 days"

So im looking for a new host!

I don't really think servage sucks that bad.

I am finding more and more that it isn't good for vbulletin forums though.

I do also agree that their support could be more helpful in their responses. I do like how quickly they are to respond, but most of the time, they do not help much.

I want to make a forum for customers of servage to get together on, so they could talk about hosting stuff with them, or just help others out with things having to do with servage.
