1x Quad Core 5320 vs 2x Opteron 246

At the moment I am running the following setup

Dual Opteron 246
2GB RAM (unknown specs)
73GB SCSI HDD (unknown rpm)
100mbit port
DirectAdmin
No KVM
$195/m

is it worth the upgrade to the following?

1x Quad Core Xeon 5320 (clovertown)
2GB FB-DIMM 533 / 667 ECC Reg RAM
73gb SCSI 15k
KVM over IP
100mbit port
Directadmin
$259.00/m

Are you kidding me? That's the best processor I've ever seen so far so I'd say DEFINITELY GO FOR IT! The price seems to be good as well but see if you can get WHM/cPanel instead of Directadmin.
