I'm currently using Dotable.com for one of my websites/VB forums. I don't see a problem with your member traffic but it's always good to ask the host up front.

If your current hosting package uses cPanel, packing and moving is no problem. Many hosting providers will do this for you. Dotable is one of them.

Take a look and see if they have a plan that fits your needs and budget. Good luck with whoever you chose.
