    I'm sorry to hear that, perhaps aso has now grown too large?

    ASO has grown to be very popular and it grew very quickly.

      They ended up resolving my problem, we ended up using winscp client instead of smartftp or leadftp and it worked successfully, any reason why?

        winscp is a secure file transfer protocol, its somewhat slower than normal ftp but way more secure.

        Possible that port is not being used nearly as much.

        FTP and SFTP used differnt ports.

            It could've been a passive versus active connection issue (due to them using one or the other or your firewall).
