Urgent Help Needed (managed dedicated server)

I need to sort out a managed dedicated server urgently. My current host has turned my sight off due too a high number of users causing problems with other sites on the same server.

I can get up to 400 people online at once.

I know very little about linux etc., can anyone recommend a decent host who can:
Quickly sort out a dedicated managed server (days not weeks).
Install Vbulletin and help with future upgrades.
Not cost a ridiculous ammount.
