I have used this service for the last several years as a domain registrar and thought they were OK, but I never really had any reason to use/need support.
When I bought the vbulletin software back in October, I decided to try out their HOSTING- BIG MISTAKE. Right off the bat, I have had problems, which to this day remain unresolved.

- The server goes down daily. They keep telling me that they will switch me to a different server, but they never do. If I submit a trouble ticket, they will wait to respond till after they get it back up and will respond with "We checked it and it is working just fine".
- The server has the wrong time, but they refuse to take my word for it or even attempt to address the issue. They first told me "Well we use Eastern time for all our servers" then they said- "No, the time is right, it must be your software", then they said- "Yep you are right, the time is wrong, I will have an engineer call you back after we fix it", then "No- the time is something we have no control over, we cannot change it". - I have used their trouble ticket resolution system and sometimes go two or three days without hearing anything, then finally get a response like "We have 100 clients on the same server and none of the other clients are complaining".
- Their promise of 24/7 tech support is made up of a toll number that takes 40-90 minutes of hold time and then hangs you up several times before you finally get through to talk to an illiterate "message taker" that tells you someone will call you back- then never does.
- They deny me Cron Access for setting up such hacks as article-bot.
- Plesk control panel keeps locking me out of some features and I have to call and have them reset it- takes hours, even days to get through to them for simple, reoccurring issues.
- The email forwarding works about half the time and when you call them to resolve the issue you always get a different answer; 1)yes, we know there is a problem and we are working on it; 2) OK, we have fixed it, try it now; 3) Nobody else is complaining- it works for us; 4) Oh no, we have never supported a catch-all email forwarding; or 5) we will have someone check into that and call you back.
- The tech support personnel is made of of four people; Latia, Robert, Nick and Jennifer, none of which could pass an A+ test if their lives depended on it.
- When they cannot answer your questions, they finally tell you to call back and ask for the owner "Kevin" but yet, Kevin is never there.
- I didn't realize I was dealing with a small mom & pop shop- this is a very small fly by night org that touts itself as a huge entity with stellar customer service, yet delivers very little of nothing in the way of resolutions or support.
