Actually they do have a TOS. It's listed during the signup process. https://secure.bluehost.com/terms_of_service.html

I'm using BlueHost. I think that BlueHost is a best hosting provider . After the registration about 5-10 mins, your domain can be actived and you can login to your control panel. They offer many features with only 6.95$ / month.

why people like to say their hosting provider is the best out there? my guess would be that no one can have an objective opinion about the majority of webhosts.

I use bluehost. The thing that sold me on bluehost is that they allow you to host up to 6 domains on one account with 4 GB of storage and 100 GB of bandwidth only for $6.95/month. With this, I have consolidated a few hosting accounts that I held into one account and I'm saving money. If by chance, you need more capacity, you can buy more for a reasonable price.

They also give you ssh access after they confirm your identity. I was with ipower before, and there was no ssh access, only one domain for the account and 1 GB of storage all for the same price.

I haven't had a whole lot of traffic to my vB site, so I don't know how well the service holds up under large loads. They won "best support 2004" from 100best.com and I have always had quick response to any support issues that I have sent.

i have had them for a few months.
i've used support once and it was quick.
the only complaint i have about them is the upload speed(ftp).it is like dial up and it times out.
this my first host, but i'm thinking that is not normal.

Bad, Bad, Bad if you have a big site. 20-30 users and you run over their small CPU quota. They are not using powerful servers on the shared accounts. Lots of downtime too. I left them after 2 months.

I currently have BlueHost and this is what I'm running into constantly. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with them for 9 more months.

add me to the list .. currently at about 160 users and suffering the cpu exeed errors.. i can get out before Jan 4th for a full refund, but looking for a host comparable in cost and services.. any suggestions? times running out

their claim is that the vbshout hack (when about 5-6 user) is being used it starts another php process utilizing about 4-8% of the CPU a clip ..

Recommendations? with the options they have.. id love to hear them
