I haven't used them for hosting, but I have a server with them.

You create your own databases in the web control panel, complete with database name (it will wind up something like youruser_forum), username and password.

Then you just fill those in. I *believe* your server will remain 'localhost'.

If not, fire off a quick helpdesk thingy to Daniel. He's usually quick to respond and always helpful.
