any type of graphical PHP/HTML program?

we are doing a small class project and we want to connect a web based system to mysql using php.. is there any type of graphical web authoring program?

We don't have time to learn to code php, we know HTML and sql commands.... surely there is something basic that will make php easier, like frontpage does for html....

PHP isn't really the same as HTML, it's a scripting language, not a semantic markup language like XML/HTML.

I think you'll probably need to learn at least a little bit of PHP.
