          It automatically encoded in Japanese on my computer, but it makes no sense in Japanese (just random characters).

          Just changed the encoding to Arabic, and it seems to go good (although I can't read a thing in it).

                          the second "PHP" instance is followed by a word which pretty much means Lessons. Still I'm not sure if he is asking for tutorials or formal classes.
