Deleting and moving post

Deleting and moving post before clearing the cache take time and sometimes it hang. After deleting cache from CP it the post is deleted or moved. Could you please help me to solve this issue.

It can take time to rewrite the hierarchy chain in the system. Since these operations aren't the primary usage of the site, they have a lower priority in any updates.
