It's not hard... edit config.php with the info for your database etc... edit the HTML in newsinc.php and comments.php, and you're done...Comment

I'm just finishing it up... right now it's sort of designed for a specific site so I need to make a lot of the stuff into variables in a config file etc...Comment

Well here's the story.
I've finished it up as much as it will be, but the major problem is there's a bit of site-specific coding in there. I've changed most of it so you mainly have to edit include.php and put something in the do_header() and do_footer() functions (like an include or a header/footer function for your site).
The other major thing is that I added an extra field to vB's user table called 'is_staff'. You can change the function called checkuser to modify it to look for something else though.Comment
