His is there a PHP code way to open a custom window (no scroll bar, height, width.....) you know, the kind of stuff we do with javascript, instead I don't want to do it with Javascript since it seems to cause problems with VB.

php is a server side language

Nope. Popups are something that have to be done from the client side and php is server side. You can write the javascript coded needed to open the window using php but you cant actually open it with php.
