PHP Shopping Cart?

Does anyone know of a good PHP shopping cart setup?
I am looking for something which handles end-to-end e-commerce which I can easily integrate into my site (now that I've mastered PHP ). I'm looking into PHPShop, which seems overly complicated (lots of modules, rather than nice scripts).
