How does one turn off javascript in browsers?

    Hi there

I remember the old ie browser having a option in the menubar to just quickly turn off javascript for a site. Which was great for some sites with popups.prompts. Now in ie6 I can't find it. I only see in internet options to turn off java. But - java and javascript are two different things. (hell, it even requires a restart).

Please- if you know, share! I'd like to know how to turn off javascript.

In IE, it's in the radio button "ActiveScript".

Faranth told me it was the ie security settings: active scripts n/off.
        ANd that worked.

I just needed to check this because I noticed that in the admin control panel you can't right click on the top frame to get the source.
Turning javascript off, then view source will show the license number of that vb running. Handy for those mods and admins who can access the control panel and dont actually own the license. Handy for users who have fraud in mind.
