    Silly vbulletin question. Please Read!

    I was just wondering hehe. What does the 'v' stand for in the company name?

    I never herd anyone ask this question nor have I ever herd what it actually does stands for.

    The company name is Jelsoft - can't find any 'v' there

    There have been some discussion in the Chit Chat about the 'v' in vBulletin - you should find them using the search

        The 'v' in vBulletin doesn't stand for anything. It is just there.

          It stands for Vinnie. Vinnie Bulletin owned a newsagent down the road from John's house where he used to buy the Beano when he was growing up. Vinnie ended up dying after being crushed by a stack of unsold Buster comics. vBulletin was thus named in tribute
